Can I order a sample? |
| Since this seems to be the most common question asked, we have added a simple order form made specifically for samples. You can make a secure payment of $10 online through PayPal and a sample of your selected design will be sent to you. Please let us know if you have any specific requests. | |

How many invitations should I order? |
| When you know who you're going to invite, keep in mind that most likely not every individual will receive their own invitation, but rather every household will. Proper etiquette advises that you do send out invitations to adult children residing in their own abode. You may want to order a few more invitations for any last-minute guests or as family keepsakes. | |

Do you offer invitations for any other functions? |
We have many requests for a plethora of other stationery and invitations. Below is a list of requests we accommodate, and you can feel free to contact us with your own.

How much time will the process take? |
| Listed below is the suggested timetable that we feel is an ideal guideline for your invitations. Since our interaction is pressure-free, you will be in control of the timeline of the process.

Can I get my invitations faster? |
| We guarantee an eight-week delivery from the date you make your payment. Six-week guaranteed delivery is available for $50, and four-week guaranteed delivery is available for $100. | |

Are there any order minimums or limitations? |
| Since every order gets the attention of a designer and each invitation is hand made, we do have a minimum order requirement of at least 50 invitations. Your first order must total at least $500 and any follow-up orders must total at least $250. | |

I plan to place a very large order. Are there any large volume discounts? |
| Yes. We consider 250 or more invitations to be a large order. Depending on the design, we will likely be able to offer you a volume discount. | |

When should I send my invitations? |
| We would recommend you send out your invitations eight to 12 weeks before your wedding date. This should give your guests enough time to set up travel arrangements. You may also want to send out a "save the date" card. These should be sent out as early as possible. Make sure to also give yourself enough time for the RSVPs to arrive; we recommend about four weeks. | |

Can I order my invitations in a different language? |
| This is a very common request. We have happily provided many international couples with their language of choice. Please contact us with your specific request. | |

Can I order invitations if I am not in the United States? |
| Absolutely. From our experience the differences are time zone delays, slower and pricier shipping and possible taxes. If you accept these shortcomings the service and overall process are the same. | |
